I am seeking applications for a Publicity and Outreach Assistant. This is a part-time, 3 month, non-exempt position located in the United States. Resumes will be accepted until the position is filled. All non-US citizens will be considered for an unpaid internship.

 

Responsibilities:

• Publicity: Produce publicity for all product launches.

• Coordinate the details involved with Publication of books: contact potential publishers and work out contract details, establish a detailed itinerary, stay in touch with agents to make sure all details are communicated and questions are answered as they come up; create and distribute publicity; create a printed program.

• Responsible for building aesthetics and social media content.
